Well, I have tried this before, but being in the Army, and deploying alot, I had to quit, but I have come back and want to make a strong sold go of this. I have a good mentor, and these products are fantastic. I have been on these for almost 1 year, lost 25 pounds and have kept it off, I particularly like the cookies-n-cream shakes.
